Hi, I'm Bobby.

I run BDH Electrical from Cardiff and look after homes and businesses right across South Wales. When you call, you get me: the person who prices the job, does the work and signs it off.

I've worked on everything from domestic fuse boards to large commercial control panels, so no job is too small or too technical. I turn up when I say I will, explain things in plain English and leave your place as tidy as I found it.

Outside of work I'm a dad to two young kids. I work all hours to provide for my family and set the kids up for the future, which is why I treat every job, and every customer's home, with the same care I'd want in my own.

Do you offer emergency electrician call-outs in Cardiff?

How long does a full house rewire take?

Most rewires on a typical two or three bedroom house take between five and ten working days, depending on the size of the property, access and whether you're living in it during the work. You'll get a clear timeline with your estimate.

Do I need to replace my old fuse board?

An older fuse board may benefit from an upgrade, especially if it has rewireable fuses or no RCD protection. Bobby can inspect your installation, explain the options and advise whether a replacement is needed.

Which areas do you cover?

BDH Electrical is based in Cardiff and covers the city plus South Wales, from Magor in the east to Porthcawl in the west and up to Merthyr Tydfil. A small travel charge may apply for jobs further afield, and it's always included upfront in your estimate.

Are you qualified and insured?

Bobby is Part P qualified, holds inspection and testing qualifications, and carries public liability and professional indemnity insurance. NAPIT registration is currently in progress.

Yes. BDH Electrical gives a 6 month workmanship guarantee. If something we have installed develops a fault because of our workmanship in that time, Bobby will put it right at no cost to you.
